Kathy & Erik Steinberg both grew up in the Western Slope towns of Aspen & Vail respectivly. Steamboat Springs has been home for 18 years now.  Home in Steamboat means neighbor helping neighbor, unending outdoor adventure possibilities and a strong sense of belonging to this Historic and Unique valley.

Kathy began her real estate career 25 years ago in Vail and has been a top producer and branding leader in the Yampa Valley since 1994. Her success has been recognized with Chairman's Circle Awards, Gold, Platnium & Diamond, the past 8 years running. Kathy ranks in the top 3% nationwide of all Prudential Brokers. Kathy is quite adept at spotting trends, desireable lifestyles and demands of the Steamboat Real Estate  customer. A fitness buff, Kathy's boundless energy is infectious to those seeking the ultimate Mountain life. Erik Steinberg hes been a Realtor here in Steamboat for 15 years. His passion for the outdoors has led him naturally to concentrating and marketing Vacant Land, Ranches, Hunting Properties and the like. His deep committment to clean water and preserving natural habitat has helped many Buyers and Sellers alike understand the treasures of the Yampa Valley.

Erik was a ski racing athlete and coach is his earlier life. 4 NCAA Sking Championships and an All-American award are a part of his personal results.  As a coach he was lucky enough to coach an Olympic Gold (B. Johnson, Sarajevo, JUG, 1984) and World Championship Bronze (D. Lewis, Bormio, ITA, 1985).  In total he coached 41 National Champions from age 15-80 in 25 years of coaching at every level. Today Erik & Kathy are the proud parents of an aspiring 12 year old skiracer and enjoying every minute of it.
